No Refunds — All Sales Are Final
All payments made to GTANALYZE SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED for the GoTo Atlas platform, including but not limited to credit purchases, subscription fees, and any other charges, are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions will be made. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the product or services
- Failure to use purchased credits or features
- Account suspension or termination
- Changes to features, pricing, or service availability
- Service downtime or interruptions
- Accidental or duplicate purchases
- Change of mind or business circumstances
Acknowledgement Before Purchase
By proceeding with any payment on the Platform, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy. You waive any right to dispute, initiate a chargeback, or seek reversal of any payment made.
